Come dressed in your best “dad fit” — think sneakers\, jorts\, polos\, fanny packs and more. There\nwill be a prize for the most creative look. \nWe’ll have classic “dad” games like a lawnmower relay race\, catch\, and of course\, a dad joke competition that will\neither make you laugh or cringe (or both). We’ll have egg hunts for children up to 5th grade. \nThe hunts start promptly at 11am\, so arrive early to get settled before it begins. Stick around after the hunt for more fun. There will be bounce houses\, a petting zoo\, music and local food trucks serving up delicious eats. It’s a perfect chance to slow down\, let your kids have a blast and remember that Jesus loves every one of us. \nJoin us and spend a fun morning in community as we head into Easter. DESCRIPTION:From June 13-20\, the Cove Students team will go to Medellín\, Colombia\, to serve with our long-term mission partner\, COSDECOL. High school students and young adults have the unique opportunity to participate and make a difference in this ministry. \nThis experience is open to rising high school sophomores through young adults aged 25 and under. The team will build relationships through soccer\, work on construction projects that support COSDECOL’s local ministry and grow spiritually through daily devotion and reflection. \nTrips like this shape hearts\, build faith and open eyes to what God is doing worldwide. \nRegistration closes January 31. \nA $250 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve a spot. \nClick here to register.
