I’M NEW
Planning a Visit?
What are services like?
Sunday morning services at Cove include worship music and a message delivered by John Tanner, our lead pastor, or someone else on our teaching team. Our energetic music is performed live on stage. Messages focus on topics relevant to our current series and are both encouraging and applicable to daily life. You should expect services to last about 70 minutes.
Can I bring my kids?
Kids and students are important around here. Our screened and trained childcare providers care for infants and toddlers from ages six weeks to three years in our campus nursery. Preschool and elementary children are invited to learn about and grow closer to God through energized worship, activities and storytelling in our Kids Cove program. We use an electronic check-in system to ensure a safe and secure environment for kids and parents.
What should I wear?
By all means, come as you are. We are a casual church. Jeans and shorts are common around here, but you won’t feel out of place in khakis or a skirt, either.
Should I arrive early?
We start our services right on time. Your best bet is to arrive fifteen minutes early to grab a cup of coffee and be seated when the music begins.
Newcomers
New to town? We’d love to show you around! Newcomers is a group of ladies dedicated to helping women new to Huntsville meet others, get connected and navigate through the “moving on” process. Brunches and field trips to little known Huntsville attractions are our specialties!
You don’t have to go to Cove Church – or any church – to attend. Newcomers meets on Thursdays when school is in session at 9:30am and childcare is provided.
